Action items needing attention
Overdue
Due today
Most 1:1s are notes nobody opens, action items nobody remembers, and meetings nobody flags when they quietly stop happening.
You already know they matter. You don't need another framework or another tool that pretends to be a performance review system. You need the meeting itself to stop falling apart.
Three pieces.
That's the whole product.
01 / Engagements
Every person you meet with - on one screen.
An engagement is your ongoing 1:1 with one person. Pinned, on cadence, slipping, or needing follow-up - you always know who needs you next.
Your engagements
02 / Conversations
Prep, capture, and submit. The notes lock themselves.
Start from a template or a blank page. Write in a clean editor. Assign action items with due dates. Submit when you're done - Tidos handles the rest.

03 / AI summaries
Hit submit. Get instant clarity.
A concise summary appears within seconds, surfaced on the engagement card. Recall any past meeting at a glance - no rereading. AI never reads conversations you haven't submitted.
Jordan wants to move toward a tech-lead path over the next two quarters. Agreed on three concrete steps: shadow architecture reviews, lead the next cross-team project, and pair on hiring. Revisit in 6 weeks.

Common questions.
Is Tidos free?+
Yes - free for your first workspace with up to 5 members, full functionality, no trial expiration. Upgrade to Pro when you outgrow it.
How is this different from Notion or a shared Google Doc?+
Generic docs don't carry action items forward, don't track cadence health, don't generate summaries, and don't give admins visibility into 1:1 hygiene. Tidos is built around the 1:1 specifically.
What does the AI actually do?+
When you submit a conversation, Tidos generates a short summary of what was discussed and suggests a title. It surfaces summary snippets on engagement cards so you can recall past meetings without rereading. AI never reads conversations you haven't submitted.
Can both people in a 1:1 see the notes?+
Yes. Conversations are shared between the two participants in the engagement. Either can edit before submission. Admins do not see conversation content.
What about private notes?+
Each person can keep private notes per engagement that are not shared with the other participant. These are visible only to you.
What happens to old conversations?+
Submitted conversations are locked, archived in the engagement timeline, and remain searchable. Nothing is deleted unless you explicitly remove an engagement.
Is my data secure?+
Encryption in transit and at rest. SOC 2 in progress. Members only see their own engagements.
How do I onboard my team?+
Send engagement requests by email - recipients accept and pick a cadence. Admins can also invite workspace members in bulk from settings. New users get a guided welcome and an optional demo engagement to explore first.
